of China’s Capital Market

Dr. Chen Han, Co-CEO and a member of the Executive Board of CEINEX,
a joint venture which was founded Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), Deutsche Börse Group (DBAG),
and China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). This joint venture is the first trading venue for
China- and RMB-related investment products outside mainland China. Before joining CEINEX,
Dr. CHEN Han was the Executive Vice President of China Financial Futures Exchange.
